Meet Anastasia V Grace, LCSW, CLC
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
C. G. Jung
Hello, I'm Anastasia Grace
I am a licensed psychotherapist and hypnotherapist specializing in relational healing, trauma-informed care, depression, anxiety, attachment patterns, and major life transitions. My work is shaped by my own journey—immigrating to the U.S., rebuilding after profound loss, and navigating single parenthood—which allows me to offer a deeply attuned and compassionate presence for individuals facing emotional challenges, identity shifts, or periods of intense pressure and burnout.
I hold graduate degrees from Boston College and advanced training from institutions such as Boston University’s Beck Institute training program and the Boston School of Psychoanalysis. My approach integrates relational psychotherapy, attachment theory, depth psychology, and mind–body modalities, including hypnosis.
In addition to individual therapy, I provide couples counseling grounded in attachment science, relational neuroscience, and evidence-based modalities, including Imago Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I help couples break out of patterns of conflict, criticism, withdrawal, and disconnection, and guide them toward deeper emotional safety, clearer communication, and a more secure, resilient partnership.
In my practice, I create a refined and grounded therapeutic space where high-achieving professionals can:
untangle long-standing relational patterns
build healthier, more secure partnerships
establish boundaries with clarity and confidence
reconnect with themselves on a deeper, more authentic level
move through grief, transition, or emotional overwhelm with steadiness and support
If you're seeking thoughtful, high-level support as you move through a period of change, I invite you to explore how this work can help you feel more grounded, connected, and fully yourself.
